Design and construction of a semi-open outdoor Plaza adjacent to Building # 1960. This is an urban area where pedestrians can rest, equipped with diverse urban furniture devised to be ergonomic and visually appealing for pedestrians.

The following materials were used for the construction of the roof: galvanised steel for the structure, glass for the skylight and photovoltaic panels, perimeter covering with technological wooden slats, etc.

The electrical and sewage facilities were constructed in such a way that they were integrated within the landscaping, blending in with the aesthetics of the building and thus avoiding having a harsh visual impact on the end user.
