Design project and installation of two new steam boilers in the existing mechanics room in building 38. Thanks to the incorporation of these new boilers, the supply was increased by 30%, efficiently meeting the requirements of the aforementioned building.

The pipes run through the ceiling and are visible at certain points. The two pipes (steam supply and condensed fluids) run in parallel and are made of carbon steel, covered by rock wool insulation and 0.6mm aluminium, which is visible at certain points. All electrical connections to the new equipment were connected to the existing electrical panels and the peripheral devices (condensate tank, purge tank, chemical treatment) were installed in the mechanics room on a supporting concrete slab. It should be emphasised that the works were carried out on these facilities without interrupting or hindering the service provided in the building.
