Along with the structure factory, this is one of the company’s oldest activities.

Through it, the use and maintenance of all the machinery and tools that SEMI employs for its various projects are managed.

It has a mechanical and vehicle workshop where the following are serviced every year:

- 45 line winches

- 26 line brakes

- 11 winch-brakes

- 17 hoisting winches

And all the necessary accessories (pulleys, frogs, drills, land, etc.)

In addition to:

- Track-laying train

- 8 Speeders

- 16 platforms or carriages

- 10 lorries with derricks and cranes

And also:

- 12 baskets for live power work

- Around 60 lorry-cranes
