The characteristics of the work to be carried out by SEMI require, due to service and financial reasons, a very significant basic component of internal production.

The structure factory provides SEMI and its clients with the flexibility and competitiveness they need to approach their projects in terms of quality, price and deadlines, following policies to prevent risks and to care for the environment.

It has ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OSHAS and EN-1090 (CE marking) certifications for steel products.

The following facilities are located in Alcalá de Henares:

- Furnace factory for parts, supplies, tools and prototypes

- Metal structure factory with a current capacity of 7,000 tonnes/year

- Machine maintenance and servicing workshop (SERMAH)

- General warehouse
