Founded in September 1919, Sociedad Española de Montajes Industriales, S.A. began its activities as a constructor of electrical energy transmission lines, while simultaneously undertaking similar projects such as the assembly of power plants. From the very beginning, the company aimed to achieve complete specialization, dedicating its efforts entirely to the branch of electrical engineering known generically as ELECTRIFICATION, which encompasses:

  • Railway electrification.
  • Installation of transmission circuits for trolleybus lines.
  • High-voltage electrical energy transmission lines.
  • Telephone and telegraph communication lines.
  • Energy distribution networks.
  • Rural and mining electrification projects.
