SEMI signs its second Equality Plan for the next four years.

On February 23, 2024, the Directorate-General for Labour approved the registration and inscription of our company’s EQUALITY PLAN, which was approved by the Equality Commission on December 27, 2023.

This Plan will be in effect for the next four years and includes a new Protocol for Action against Sexual Harassment or Harassment Based on Gender. This document will serve as a roadmap to achieve equal treatment and opportunities for men and women within our company and to eliminate any potential discrimination based on gender, as well as to enforce zero tolerance for sexual harassment or harassment based on gender.

The Plan includes 35 measures that represent a significant step forward in ensuring gender equality and eliminating any type of gender gap.

Additionally, a Commission has been established to monitor its implementation and evaluate its compliance.

This is a significant milestone for our company and a testament to our commitment to gender equality and non-discrimination in the workplace.
